背景说明 Immunoglobulin G (IgG)，is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions;to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants.

采用硫酸铵盐析与DEAE-离子交换纤维素层析，或批次吸附纯化，制成高纯度(﹥95%)和高活性的纯化IgG抗体。各种纯化抗体均为液体提供，可根据用户要求，配成不同浓度，用前-20℃存放，可根据使用方法采用不同浓度稀释。通常不同使用目的可分别用下列缓冲液稀释，注意完全化冻，充分混匀。用前低温高速离心去除冷聚合球蛋白及变性蛋白后，重新定量。
金标记：用pH9.0硼酸缓冲液稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。HRP标记：用0.01mol/L pH9.0、CB或用包被液CB稀释，6~8mg/ml标记荧光标记：用0.5mol/L pH9.5、CB(碳酸盐缓冲液)稀释，10~20 mg/ml标记。生物素记抗体：用0.1mol/L NaHCO3稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。其它方法，如免疫扩散可用0.01mol/L pH7.2 PBS稀释，ELISA包被10~20μg/ml 4℃过夜或37℃ 2h。
