背景说明: Human IgG consists of four subclasses ( 1-4) that can be recognised by antigen differences in their heavy chains. Each subclass has different biological and physiochemical properties. The IgG subclass may be preferentially produced in response to different antigens. The Fab fragment (fragment antigen binding) is the antigen region of the IgG molecule. It is composed of one constant and one variable domain of each of the heavy and the light chain.This antibody can significantly recognize IgG Fab, but there may be some overlap with IgG FC. 本产品采用硫酸铵盐析或亲和吸附纯化，制成高纯度和高活性的纯化IgG抗体。各种纯化抗体均为液体提供，可根据用户要求，配成不同浓度，-20℃存放，可根据使用方法采用不同浓度稀释。使用前注意完全溶解，充分混匀，最好低温高速离心去除冷聚合球蛋白及变性蛋白后，重新定量后再使用。
列举以下可参考的稀释缓冲液：
胶体金标记：用pH9.0硼酸缓冲液稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
HRP标记：用0.01mol/L pH9.0、CB或用包被液CB稀释，6~8mg/ml标记。
荧光标记：用0.5mol/L pH9.5、CB(碳酸盐缓冲液)稀释，10~20 mg/ml标记。
生物素标记抗体：用0.1mol/L NaHCO3稀释，1~2mg/ml标记。
